Hospitality Sous Chef
Location: Central London, near Bank Station
Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 14:30, with frequent overtime
Contract: Full Time, 40 hours per week
Salary: £43,555 per annum
We are looking for a talented and highly organised Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team in a hospitality-led environment just a short walk from Bank Station.
In this role, you will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional food across multiple simultaneous events, maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations
Prepare and deliver a variety of high-quality hospitality events
Manage multiple functions simultaneously while maintaining standards
Lead and inspire a team of 14 kitchen staff
Uphold all food hygiene, health, and safety requirements
Maintain effective stock control and kitchen organisation
About You
Experience in high-end hospitality or event catering
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
A reliable team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Committed to excellence and attention to detail
Flexible and willing to work frequent overtime when required
