Job Title: Hotel Booking Agent / Reservations Officer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel Booking Agent to manage reservations and provide exceptional service to guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling booking inquiries, processing reservations accurately, and ensuring a seamless guest experience from initial contact through confirmation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage hotel reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms
Assist guests with room selection, pricing, and availability
Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications efficiently
Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer information
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth operations
Upsell rooms, packages, and additional services when appropriate
Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or reservations (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in booking systems and basic computer applications
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Professional attitude with a customer-first mindset
Preferred Skills:
Experience with hotel management or reservation software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
Multilingual abilities are an advantage
Sales or upselling experience
Working Conditions:
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
