Host / Hostess Luxury hotel in Mayfair, London

We are looking for a Host / Hostess. This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the Restaurant Manager.
Working pattern: 4 days on 4 days off / 12-hour shifts / 7am to 7pm / 8am to 8pm
We are looking for someone who has previous experience in a similar role, with a genuine smile and approachable personality. A committed team player and personable with guests. Attention to detail is key!
As a Host / Hostess You Are Responsible For
• Greet and provide accurate wait times and escorting guests to the dining areas.
• Answer telephone calls and email enquiries in accordance with company standards.
• Promote and up sell all Food & Beverage outlets to guests and to complete administrative tasks when required.
