The Role

From greeting our guests with a warm welcome to making sure operations run seamlessly, you’ll set the standard for exceptional service.
Your day-to-day includes:
Inspiring and leading the team to deliver top-notch hospitality.
Making sure check-ins and check-outs are smooth and stress-free.
Jumping in when needed - whether it’s making coffee, flipping rooms, or answering guest queries.
Resolving guest issues quickly and professionally, ensuring everyone leaves with a smile.
Being the expert on [Location], ready with tips on the best places to eat, explore, and unwind.
Analysing performance and finding new ways to make the Drifter experience even better.

With a hands-on approach, you know how to rally a team and create a space where guests feel valued and cared for. Your eye for detail and love for travel makes you the perfect fit to drive the Drifter vibe.
Flexibility is key. Our doors are open 24/7, and as a Host Supervisor, you may be required to work evenings, weekends or public holidays when needed.
