Job Description
• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take customer orders and provide menu recommendations
• Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order preparation
• Utilize OpenTable or similar software to manage reservations and seating arrangements
Skills:
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety procedures
• Ability to upsell menu items to increase sales revenue
• Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Prior experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred
