Role Overview
We're seeking a State Manager to oversee Sydney-based logistics and administration, reporting directly to the National Manager.
This is a part-time, flexible role that blends equipment deliveries across the Sydney suburbs with work-from-home administration. You'll be the operational backbone of our Sydney team, responsible for a broad mix of duties including:
Host communications - being the key point of contact for our entertainer team, keeping them informed and supported
Party approvals - reviewing and approving upcoming bookings to ensure everything is in order before event day
Customer feedback management - handling customer feedback and ensuring a smooth experience from booking through to event
Deliveries & logistics - getting equipment and costumes where they need to be, when they need to be there
You'll work closely with the National Manager while taking real ownership of day-to-day Sydney operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on staying organised, and takes pride in being one step ahead.
Responsibilities:
Deliveries & Logistics
Delivering and collecting equipment and costumes across Sydney suburbs
Planning ahead for upcoming events and ensuring everything is prepared in advance
Keeping our CRM database accurate and up to date
Administration (Work From Home)
Managing scheduling, communications, and operational admin
Supporting entertainer onboarding and coordination

You communicate clearly and professionally
You're calm under pressure and great at problem-solving
You enjoy being on the move and don't mind getting your hands dirty
Requirements
A reliable car and current driver's licence are essential
Availability on weekdays
Comfortable working from home for admin tasks
