Admission Counsellor Chidderwala, Dehradun
Location: Freelance / Remote
School Location: Chidderwala, Dehradun
Job Type: Commission-Based
Experience: 2–3 years (preferably in school or hostel admissions)
Leads: Must be generated by the counsellor
Earnings: High commission per confirmed admission (school + hostel)
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Freelance Admission Counsellor to promote and convert school + hostel admissions for a reputed school in Chidderwala, Dehradun. This is a fully commission-based opportunity. The counsellor will be responsible for generating their own leads and converting them into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads through personal network, digital channels, field visits, parent groups, tuition centers, etc.
Engage with potential parents/students and counsel them on the school’s curriculum, infrastructure, hostel facilities, and admission process.
Conduct regular follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, or in-person meetings.
Coordinate school visits or virtual interactions for interested parents.
Track leads, maintain follow-up records, and submit weekly reports.
Work independently with complete ownership of the admission conversion cycle.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills (Hindi & English).
Strong, convincing and counselling ability, especially with parents.
Understanding of school admissions and residential schooling.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (B.A., B.Com., BBA, etc.)
Preferably with experience in school admissions, field marketing, or counselling.
