We are looking for a dedicated Operations Executive (Hostel Warden) to oversee the smooth functioning of our college hostel. If you have a passion for student welfare and hostel management, this role is for you!
Roles & Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee day-to-day hostel operations, ensuring discipline and a safe environment for students.
✅ Maintain hostel records, including student occupancy, leave records, and discipline reports.
✅ Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams to ensure cleanliness and safety.
✅ Address student concerns, grievances, and ensure their well-being within hostel premises.
✅ Implement hostel policies and enforce rules while fostering a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
✅ Liaise with the food vendor to ensure quality and timely meals for students.
✅ Report incidents, manage emergencies, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
✅ Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student well-being when necessary.
Qualifications
Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
Strong Analytical Skills and Operations Management proficiency
Experience in operations-related tasks
Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Previous experience in hospitality or real estate industry is a plus

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
