As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in setting the tone for their visit. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth flow of service within our establishment. Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
• Communicate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist guests with inquiries regarding menu items, special events, or any other needs they may have.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station and dining area.
• Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information about the restaurant and taking reservations as needed.
• Support the team in delivering outstanding customer service by anticipating guest needs and addressing any concerns promptly.
Experience
• Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with food service operations or hospitality environments is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and guest relations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
• A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and commitment to creating memorable experiences for guests are essential qualities for success in this role.
