Key Responsibilities
Guest Welcome & Seating: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, provide accurate wait times, and ****** them to their assigned tables.
Reservation Management: Take, confirm, and manage reservations, along with maintaining the wait list during busy periods.
Communication & Coordination: Act as a central point of communication, keeping servers and kitchen staff informed about guest needs and seating availability.
Front-of-House Maintenance: Ensure the reception area and dining room are clean, tidy, and organized.
Guest Assistance: Answer guest questions, handle complaints professionally, and address any special requests or needs.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service from the moment a guest arrives until their departure.
Essential Skills
Customer Service: Strong ability to interact positively with guests.
Communication: Excellent verbal skills for communicating with both guests and staff.
Organization: Skillful management of reservations, wait lists, and table assignments.
People Skills: The ability to make guests feel comfortable and valued.
Professionalism: Maintaining a high standard of hospitality and demeanor in a busy environment.
Typical Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED is often preferred but not always required.
Previous experience in customer service or a restaurant setting is beneficial.
Familiarity with restaurant etiquette and health and safety regulations is helpful.
Must Required Marathi speaking, Reading and understanding.
