Position Summary:
Greet and seat travellers, whilst explaining the outlet and exceeding their expectations
Guide travellers through the dining rooms and provide any assistance needed
Assist with managing all food and beverage outlet bookings and enquiries whilst maintaining attention to detail
Provide a friendly genuine service throughout the complete food and beverage experience, creating a place with the traveller in mind
Understand traveller requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
Support your Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new travellers to enable future bookings
About You:
Relevant experience in a similar role
Working rights in New Zealand
