Job Description
Job Responsibilities: • Deliver comprehensive primary and preventive care to adult and/or family patients
• Perform physical exams, assessments, and routine health screenings
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
• Educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, and lifestyle management
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Qualifications: • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing
• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP, ANP, or related specialty)
• Active Washington Nurse Practitioner license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA registration
• Commitment to high-quality patient care
Working Hours: • Full-time position
• Monday–Friday schedule
• No mandatory weekends
• Balanced call structure (if applicable)
Skills: • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient-focused, compassionate approach
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• EMR proficiency
