Job Details
We are seeking multiple Guest Room Care Specialists to join our Housekeeping team on a casual basis. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a great time at our properties by maintaining their rooms clean, hygienic, and comfortable.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Servicing rooms and cleaning accommodation areas
Ensuring linen and general room supplies are available for guests
Maintaining the highest level of hygiene standards, safe work practices, and chemical handling
Working to tight timeframes between check out and check in
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong passion for providing exceptional behind-the-scenes guest service with a keen eye for detail. You will also require a positive, professional attitude with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
We offer flexible availability to work a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays, and are willing to take on last-minute shifts.
