Job Description
• To carry out a variety of secretarial and general admin functions such as stationary supplies, incoming and out going mail, filing, preparation of monthly management reports
• To register all invoices, distribute them to the relevant Head of Department, chase city ledgers and liaise with the Accounts department in the head office
• To supervise the collection of financial information required by the regional account's office.
• To distribute incoming financial information.
• Liaise and communicate with all Departmental managers
• Managing lost property
• Daily Banking – Full control of the daily revenue reconciliation and banking – Liaising with HO regarding all discrepancies and regulations within Balance sheet, Including but not limited to Tesco vouchers, Sundry Debtors/Creditors & Chargebacks.
• Take responsibility to ensure all required tasks are completed accurately and within given time frames.
• Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests.
