Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Hotel and Construction Procurement and Administration professional to lead sourcing, purchasing, and contract management across our hospitality and construction projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage procurement processes, optimize supply chain operations, and ensure seamless coordination between vendors, contractors, and internal teams. MUST HAVE PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE IN THIS FIELD and minimum 4-5 years of work experience . Willing to consider training someone with proven business skill set. Must be self motivated and disciplined .

Duties
• Oversee end-to-end procurement processes for hotel and construction materials, equipment, and services using ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle EBS
• Develop sourcing strategies aligned with project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to secure favorable terms while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Manage supply chain logistics, including procurement planning, materials management, production planning, and inventory control through ERP modules like MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and legal and financial issues.
• Conduct supplier evaluations, root cause analysis for supply issues, and implement corrective actions to improve supply chain performance
• Collaborate with project managers on procurement schedules, contract management, and category management initiatives
• Maintain comprehensive procurement documentation, purchase orders, contracts, and supplier records to ensure transparency and audit readiness
• Lead sourcing efforts for manufacturing components or services critical to hotel construction projects while ensuring adherence to quality management standards
• Support logistics coordination for timely delivery of materials and equipment to construction sites or hotel operations

Qualifications
• Proven experience in procurement management within the hotel or construction industry with a strong understanding of supply chain principles
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle EBS; experience with MRP modules is highly desirable
• Skilled in contract negotiation, sourcing strategies, category management, and supplier relationship management
• Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR), logistics operations, pricing strategies, and quality assurance practices
• Ability to perform root cause analysis for procurement issues and implement effective solutions
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes or production planning in a construction or hospitality context is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in contract management and materials tracking
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external vendors
