Asset Management Associate (Hotels)
• London Based Office
• UK Hotel Portfolio
• £60k - £80k + Bonus

We are excited to be working with one of Europe's largest hotel operator and asset managers with a portfolio of over £2bn AUM, they are looking for an experienced Hotel Asset Management Associate to join their growing team to focus on their brand new high-end UK portfolio.

Their strategic partnerships with PERE 100 Firms enable them to execute opportunistic and value-add investment strategies. With over 5,000 hotel rooms, they own, asset manage, and operate properties in collaboration with international brands with a focus in the Lifestyle space.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the valuation analyses, reporting, and forecasting of a large scale hospitality portfolio across the UK
• Preparing annual budgets along with investment memoranda to report to key investors
• Managing Capex and running detailed RIO scenarios.
• Conducting extensive market research within the hotel sector to establish detailed forecasting.

Qualifications and Skills:
• 2+ years within the hotel & hospitality sector with a focus on asset management
• Strong ability to build and manipulate complex financial models
• A passion for the hotel real estate sector
• A degree in real estate finance, hospitality, economics or related
