Responsibilities
The Intern will support the asset management team by performing periodic analyses related to hotel operations, conduct market research, and create professional presentations and other communication pieces
Performing market and lodging related research
Developing additional reports to meet internal or client requests
Ensuring that client deliverables are produced on time and error-free
Coordinating information flow and maintaining data in an organized format (electronically and hard files, as appropriate)
Coordinating with the assigned staff member to develop a project schedule
Coordinating with internal staff regularly to meet the project needs
Completing other projects, as assigned

CHMWarnick is an entrepreneurial and dynamic firm offering an exciting opportunity with a Summer 2026 opening for a Hotel Asset Management Intern to join our team supporting internal operations and client communications.
The Intern will support the asset management team by performing periodic analyses related to hotel operations, conduct market research, and create professional presentations and other communication pieces.
