Position: Restaurant Supervisor
Location: Prakash Family Dhaba And Restaurant, Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal

Responsibilities:
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. Your responsibilities include:
1. Team Leadership:
- Supervise and lead the restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen personnel.
- Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to maintain high service standards.
2. Guest Service:
- Greet guests warmly and ensure their needs are met promptly.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor table turnover and optimize seating arrangements during peak hours.
3. Operations Management:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and order supplies as needed.
4. Quality Control:
- Maintain food quality and presentation standards.
- Monitor kitchen efficiency and coordinate with chefs to ensure timely food delivery.
- Conduct regular spot checks on cleanliness and hygiene.
5. Shift Scheduling:
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Handle shift changes and adjustments as required.
6. Financial Management:
- Monitor sales, track expenses, and report to management.
- Assist in cost control measures and inventory management.
7. Promotions and Events:
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams for special promotions and themed nights.
- Participate in planning and executing events at the restaurant.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a restaurant supervisor or similar role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts.
- Knowledge of restaurant software and point-of-sale systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
