We have a unique and exciting opportunity to work in a variety of roles spanning all hotel departments from Housekeeping to Reception, Night Audit, Food & Beverage, Kitchen and even Maintenance in this fantastic Hotel Attendant role.
That's where you come in.
You will need to have 3-6 months experience in hospitality sector or customer service and a positive “Can Do” attitude is essential. We have great training and you will be exposed to many departments, so this is an excellent first step if you are considering a long-term career in the hotel industry. It's important you love interacting with customers as much as you enjoy assisting where required.
In this role you will:
Be part of the housekeeping team maintaining the cleanliness & appearance of guest rooms
Welcome guests and manage the check in/out process, allocation of rooms and daily cashiering
Assist guests with information on hotel products and services
Learn to make reservations and run night audit procedures
Undertake general waiting and service duties of food and beverages
Get stuck in with the Kitchen crew assisting with prep & dishes
Role up your sleeves to mow the lawn or maintain the gardens.
You will need to be fit and flexible for day, night and weekend shifts 40 hours per week. $23.00-26 per hr
