About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Hotel Reservations & Vendor Management Executive to manage end-to-end hotel booking operations for corporate clients. The role involves vendor negotiations, hotel tie-ups, cost optimization, and ensuring seamless booking experiences while maintaining strong industry relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end hotel reservations for corporate clients, ensuring timely and accurate bookings
• Coordinate with hotels to negotiate competitive rates and secure the best deals
• Build and maintain a strong network of hotel partners across multiple locations
• Identify and onboard new hotel vendors to expand accommodation options
• Negotiate and finalize contractual agreements, including rates, terms, and value-added services
• Maintain and update a database of hotels, including pricing, amenities, and policies
• Oversee billing and reconciliation processes with hotel partners
• Analyze booking trends, occupancy, and pricing data to optimize costs and improve margins
• Ensure hotels meet quality standards and service expectations
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth booking execution and client satisfaction

• Effective negotiation and vendor management abilities
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and organizational capability
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in hotel booking, vendor management, or hospitality operations
• Proven experience in hotel tie-ups, negotiations, and cost control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
• Strong understanding of corporate travel and hotel operations
Preferred Skills
• Experience handling corporate or bulk hotel bookings
• Strong vendor network across domestic locations
• Exposure to contract management and rate negotiations
