About the Role:
Handle customer inquiries for hotel booking/reservation, as per their requirements and demands.
Search for hotels, coordinate with them to obtain confirmation, and facilitate communication until the customer's needs are met.
Develop strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with VIPs and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer relationships and resolve any issues related to hotel bookings or reservations.
Stay up-to-date with hotel availability, rates, and packages to provide accurate information to customers.
Work closely with the sales team to promote hotel bookings and ensure seamless customer experience.
Monitor and report on customer feedback, making recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1-7 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
