Hotel Chain Account Professional
The key role of an Account Manager is to develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel chains, ensuring they understand the value proposition and tools to maximize revenue growth. Building trust and rapport through a consultative approach is crucial in portfolio management.
To optimize, manage and enhance their portfolio, Account Managers must effectively implement Central Framework agreements and negotiate commercial conditions. They are also responsible for ensuring performance and financial targets are met or exceeded, focusing on driving profitability and differentiation as a competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Partnership building: Acting as the primary point of contact for hotel partners, building knowledge-based trust, driving joint-value and attending industry events to strengthen relationships.
• Portfolio and Performance Management: Monitoring performance and KPIs for each hotel and chain, working closely with Area Chains Manager and Central Framework agreements team.
• Strategy implementation and delivery: Implementing strategic plans aligned with organizational goals, prioritizing chain partner interactions and supporting ecosystem integration.
