Job Description
We are seeking a qualified chef who is interested in developing their culinary skills within the hotel environment. This is a casual position, with the potential to offer full time for the right candidate. All levels of chef are welcome to apply.
What you will be doing:
Focus on the daily operations of the Hotel's Food & Beverage Outlets, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service and functions.
Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment, ensuring Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point regulations are adhered to.
Assisting and liaising with the Chef on duty as required.
Demonstrate a variety of culinary techniques and use them in the development of the culinary team.
Qualifications
Relevant Culinary Trade qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience wthin a hotel kitchen or similar environment
Strng underrstanding of food safety requirements
Demonstarted interpersonal skills
