Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Cleaning Expert, located in Bengaluru. The Hotel Cleaning Expert will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the hotel. Day-to-day tasks include cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and restrooms, changing bed linens, replenishing amenities, and reporting any maintenance issues to the management. The role also involves ensuring that all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and that inventory supplies are well-stocked.
Qualifications
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Receptionist Duties and handling Reservations
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
