Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, public spaces, and other hotel areas.
Deliver guest requests promptly and courteously to enhance their experience.
Stock housekeeping carts and ensure all supplies are adequately replenished.
Move freely within assigned areas, performing duties independently to keep spaces guest-ready.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure safety and consistency.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional conduct in appearance and communication.
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, actively engaging in a hands-on approach to work.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned to support team and business goals.
