A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOTEL CONCIERGE AT THE WESTIN LONDON CITY
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Front of House Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.
• Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs to enhance their stay
• Provide expert recommendations on London’s best attractions, dining, and events
• Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the hotel’s exceptional standards
• Collaborate closely with the Front of House Team to ensure seamless service
• Perform Porter/Doorman/Guest Experience Team duties in high demand times
• Ensures compliance with all concierge policies, standards and procedures

To succeed in the role of HOTEL CONCIERGE, you will need the following qualities and skills:
• Prior experience in a 5-star hotel concierge role is essential
• Presentation & Communication – Impeccable grooming and exceptional verbal & written English
• Local Knowledge – Strong understanding of London’s attractions, culture, and dining scene
• Guest-Oriented Mindset – A proactive and service-driven approach, always going the extra mile
• We are looking for someone with a pleasant & welcoming manner
• Flexible & adaptable to different working conditions & hours
• Have a positive attitude
