Hi, Iam Antony.. Hotel consultant. I have 18 years experienced in Hotel, restaurant, kiosk, food stall etc. worked as a manager and kitchen chef also. I Have plenty of experience in setup all concepts
1. Tea , coffee ( setup teashop , coffee, bun butter jam with authentic receipe with complete manpower, branding, staff training, menu management etc
1. Karupatti coffee ( complete setup of karupatti coffee with full setup of manpower, menu training, south Indian snacks, receipe, etc)
3. Curry pao ( It was different style like a snacks type with stuffing nonveg gravy). Complete setup, Branding, logo, promotion, Masala, receipe), Varieties of Dosa and Idly concepts also
4. Kuzhambhu kadai and small setup of Biriyani ( Baimerrie concepts, with home made masala cooking recipes, food cost, manpower, branding, promotion including all setup
5. Momos and chappathi roll ( complete setup of different kinds of momos, with authentic chutney, menu management etc
All setup we are doing and giving training to all the staff , business running , types of concepts, improving business in a current market analysis etc. I was charging very low price of all setup and working like a consultant or manager.. .
