Hotel Contracting Executive (Freshers)
· Negotiate room rates, allocations, terms & conditions, special offers, and other contractual elements with hotels, ensuring the best possible value for the company.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and destination developments to inform contracting strategy and pricing decisions.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with hotel partners to ensure long-term collaboration and preferential treatment.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely loading of rates, contracts, and promotions into the reservation system.

Identify new hotel products and destinations in line with the company’s expansion goals and customer demand.
·
Evaluate hotel performance based on booking trends, feedback, and profitability; recommend changes or improvements where needed.
·
Conduct hotel site inspections and participate in familiarization (FAM) trips to assess product quality and strengthen supplier relations.
·
Work closely with the sales, marketing, reservations, and operations teams to support campaign planning and ensure alignment across departments.
