Job Description
Responsible for Hotel Contracting and Travel Product across Pan India related to MICE.
Preparing Proposals and Price Quotes for client & cost negotiation with vendor to get the best rates to increase the Gross Profit Margin on file.
Monitoring queries handling calls and E-mails.
Making itineraries for all the destinations as per MICE requirement for Domestic market.
Interaction and Coordination with the suppliers, hotels and agents for all contracting related jobs.
Maintaining strong relationship with key global partners (hotels and vendors) Sharing new market trends & competition with the Team, seniors & making strategies.
- Assistance to conference team for procurement of rates from the hotels for medical conferences.
- Meeting with hoteliers and rates negotiation for medical conference.
- Comparative analysis of special rates offered with the last year and other Hotels & Vendors.
- Wholesale rate procurement for specific groups and series programs.
- Signing of the Hotel contract when acceptable
- To travel different destination in India for conference Contracting.
- Rates negotiation and vendor meetings.
- Administering the group of Residential Conferences, Non Residential conference, dealers meet, corporate off-sites or annual sales meet & providing them various options in regards to locations as well as hotel.
