Job description
We are seeking a Corporate Regional Director of Operations to join our team. This role provides task force leadership and operational support across multiple hotel properties, with a strong focus on Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage. The Regional Director of Operations plays a key role in driving overall performance, ensuring operational consistency, and supporting on-property leadership teams to achieve business objectives.
Essential Functions
• Travel to assigned hotel properties to support operations, ensure brand standards, and drive consistent performance across locations.
• Provide hands-on support to Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage departments to ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations.
• Partner with department leaders to achieve or exceed goals related to profitability, guest satisfaction, service quality, and employee engagement.
• Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and labor, to ensure properties meet or exceed budgeted targets and margins.
• Oversee key administrative and financial processes such as daily audits, bank deposits, payroll review/approval, and front office reporting.
• Support and reinforce sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
• Maintain property standards through regular inspections, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and overall condition meet company expectations.
• Lead safety initiatives by conducting inspections, ensuring compliance, facilitating training, and managing incident investigations with timely corporate communication.
• Address guest concerns promptly by identifying root causes, implementing solutions, and ensuring resolution meets service standards.
