Job Description
Key Responsibilities1. Construction & Project Management (EPC)
Lead and oversee end-to-end construction and completion of hotel projects.
Ensure projects are executed with precision, quality, and on schedule, meeting or exceeding timelines.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to achieve seamless execution.
Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
2. Pre-Opening Planning
Develop and execute pre-opening strategies to ensure the property is operationally ready.
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth transitions from construction to opening.
Manage key deliverables such as licensing, vendor onboarding, and staff training requirements.
3. Land Acquisitions & Business Development
Scout and evaluate new land and project opportunities for the companys expansion plans.
Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis, and due diligence for prospective sites and investments.
Build and maintain relationships with landowners, real estate developers, and local authorities to secure prime locations.
Present comprehensive business cases and project proposals to the leadership team.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in project management, real estate, hospitality development, or a similar field.
Proven track record in managing EPC contracts and delivering complex projects on time.
Strong knowledge of land acquisition processes, feasibility studies, and hospitality market trends.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
Expertise in construction management software and tools.
Familiarity with hospitality operations and brand standards.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
