This is an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Hotel Development Strategic Leader. As a key player in their organization, you will contribute to the development of strategies that drive growth and profitability.
You will work closely with the senior leadership team to identify opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them. This includes building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the hotel industry and be able to analyze data to inform business decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure.
We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around £+5,000-£110,000, plus £6k CA, bonuses, and benefits.
