Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs to hotel equipment and facilities.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and critical infrastructure to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
Participate in preventative maintenance programs to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime.
Respond promptly to guest requests and address any maintenance-related concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including completed tasks, parts used, and any issues encountered.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
Licensed in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry) preferred.
Valid driver's license for applicable state required.
Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record) required.
