Job description
We have a job opportunity for a front desk agent at our small family owned hotel in downtown Bellevue! The shift is for 14-16 hours per week. The shifts are Saturday and Sunday from 1pm to 8pm. This position is for the front desk and is customer service based. We have a lot of regular guests and like to provide them with a high level of customer service. We are in need of someone who will be reliable and consistent in this position. There is room to grow and excel in this position. Receptionist/secretarial or similar experience preferred.

Welcoming guests and visitors
Answering multi-lined phones
Making reservations
Computer Skills
Customer Service Skills
Checking in and checking out guests
Room Inspections
Filing and secretarial skills
Inventory
Making Orders
Marketing
Opening and closing of the lobby

Beginning pay rate is $20/ hour
