25 an hour 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago Duties - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reservation management - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction Skills - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus - Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines - Experience in hospitality management or guest relations is preferred - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information - Familiarity with night audit procedures is an advantage As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests.
