Hotel General Assistant
Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Services**:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
- Answer guest inquiries, provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving complaints or directing issues to the appropriate departments.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of records such as guest registrations and billing.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and meetings as directed by hotel management.
- **Housekeeping Support**:
- Assist the housekeeping team by delivering supplies to rooms when required.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in public areas of the hotel.
- Monitor and report maintenance issues in rooms and public spaces.
- **Front Desk Assistance**:
- Provide coverage at the front desk, including answering phones and providing service to guests.
- Handle reservations and coordinate with the reservations team as necessary.
- Process guest payments and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- **Operational Support**:
- Support with the setup and breakdown of events or meetings held at the hotel.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies, uniforms, and equipment.
- Carry out light maintenance and cleaning duties in guest rooms or public spaces when needed.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed, including emergency procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety guidelines within the hotel.
- **Other Duties**:
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
