POSITION PROFILE:
Your leadership will drive the hotel’s success by fostering a culture of excellence among team members and maintaining the integrity of the brand.

Lead and support the Operations, Housekeeping, Sales, Food & Beverage, Guest Services, and Maintenance teams
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, drive revenue growth, and maintain profitability in all areas of the hotel
Embrace technology and automation to create efficiencies in all areas of the hotel
Demonstrate exceptional processes and standards of service to ensure an unparalleled guest experience in all areas of the hotel
Create and manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue streams to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain loyal customers.

Additional qualifications for this role include:
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a General Manager or in a Senior Management role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
Valid Driver's License
Demonstrated experience developing key business strategies, processes, and financial budgets
Strong computer and technical skills with the ability to interface with a variety of different technology platforms

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
