• We have several enquiries for Hotel General Manager assignments in the New Year. We will be meeting with these clients in January to finalise the challenges.
• Therefore, we are keen to engage or reengage with experienced hotel General Managers who may be looking for a career change or new challenge in the New Year.
• The assignments are mainly in the corporate hotel market in various locations across the UK, but mainly England, currently they are 100 bedrooms plus in size.
• We are keen to talk to General Managers who are very people focussed, have excellent team building skills. Developing and nurturing their team to produce excellent results.
• Whilst the enquiries are in the branded corporate market, a degree of experience managing owners and stakeholders would be an advantage.
• We will welcome confidential conversations over the next few weeks or in the New Year.
