Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Guest Relation Executive at Le Seasons in Delhi, India. The Guest Relation Executive will be responsible for guest relations, communication, customer service, sales, and receptionist duties.

Qualifications

• Guest Relations, Customer Service, and Communication skills

• Sales and Receptionist Duties experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
