Key Responsibilities:
- Room Cleaning: Clean and tidy guest rooms according to the hotel's standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Linen Management: Change bed linens and towels, and ensure proper storage and handling of clean and soiled linen.
- Supply Replenishment: Restock guest room amenities such as toiletries, coffee supplies, and minibar items.
- Common Areas: Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and public restrooms.
- Inspection: Inspect rooms for damages and report any maintenance issues to the maintenance team.
- Guest Interaction: Respond to guest requests and provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Sanitization: Follow health and safety guidelines for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
- Lost and Found: Handle items left behind by guests in accordance with hotel policies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other housekeeping staff, front desk personnel, and management to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Requirements:
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or similar environment is preferred.
- Skills:
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to handle repetitive tasks.
- Availability: Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certifications: Certification in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus.
