Overview
Hilton Home2 Suites in Marysville WA are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and immaculate appearance of our +0 room hotel, ensuring that guests have an incredible stay. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and service, along with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Change bed linens and towels, ensuring that all items are fresh and well-presented.
Restock room amenities such as toiletries, coffee, and snacks as needed.
Clean and maintain public areas of the hotel including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist in laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and high standards of cleanliness.
Qualifications
Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is required
Knowledge of housekeeping management practices and industrial cleaning techniques
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is beneficial.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
Must always be punctual, reliable and committed to the role. This position will have a schedule that is predicated on consistency.
Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
