Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues to management.
Follow established housekeeping management protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist in industrial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring that all areas meet the required cleanliness standards.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of custodial practices and floor care techniques is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
