Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Front Desk Associate or in a similar role for 3-8 years in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner.
• Basic knowledge of housekeeping procedures and standards, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software, with experience using point-of-sale systems and other technology tools.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
