Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Laundry Department Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Laundry Department, ensuring that all laundry operations are running smoothly, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the preparation and updates of the Laundry Departmental Operations Manual.
• Conduct regular communications meetings and ensure that departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary.
• Maintain individual production record books for all different linens processed on each shift.
• Ensure all Laundry employees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
• Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
Requirements
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Advanced knowledge of Laundry professional principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate a growth mindset.
