Hotel Maintenance
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards, providing a safe and functional environment for all. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various maintenance tasks, including electrical work, facilities maintenance, and customer service.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems and equipment within the facility.
Conduct inspections to identify issues requiring attention and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Maintain and repair electrical systems, including logic controllers and wiring.
Execute mechanical repairs on equipment as needed, ensuring optimal performance.
Manage residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic standards.
Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities and inventory management.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant or staff concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects efficiently.
Need maintenance person for a hotel. They need to be able to fix all kinds of things. Inspect and repair various energy systems, such as the heating and cooling systems, plumbing, lighting, and kitchen equipment. Repairing floors, roofs, and doors and installing new products, such as windows, carpets, light fixtures, PTAC units, etc
Necesito persona de mantenimiento para un hotel. Necesitan poder arreglar todo tipo de cosas. Requirements
Proficiency in English/ Spanish for effective communication with team members and customers.
Strong customer service skills to foster positive relationships within the community.
Demonstrated ability to maintain a variety of systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
Experience with residential painting techniques is preferred.
Familiarity with facilities maintenance best practices.
Knowledge of logic controllers and their applications in maintenance tasks is a plus.
Welding skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
