Hotel Location: Hotel Blue Rock, Gift City Gandhinagar.

Job Overview:
As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel and ensuring that guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay. You will also be in charge of managing the staff and ensuring that they provide excellent service to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing and supervising hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage departments.
• Ensuring that hotel operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Managing the hotel's budget and financial performance.
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Ensuring that the hotel complies with all regulations and laws.
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
• Marketing the hotel and its facilities to potential customers.
• Planning and organizing events and other activities.
• Ensuring that the hotel maintains a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Overseeing the maintenance of the hotel's physical infrastructure.
• Must Communicate in Gujarati Language
Qualifications:
• A degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field.
• Minimum of 6 Months of experience in hotel management or related field. Fresher with internship Experience are welcome.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of employees.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
