Job Description
Purpose: To oversee and manage all aspects of the hotel operations to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve overall hotel operations, including sales and marketing plans, financial plans, and operational systems.
• Ensure that all departments are running smoothly and efficiently, with regular evaluations and improvement plans as needed.
• Manage the budget and ensure that the hotel is operating within the business plan; while making necessary investments in the property and staff.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, employees, suppliers, and partners.
