Job Title: Hotel Manager
Location: Muktheshwar, Uttarakhand
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Gender Preference: Male
Age Limit: Up to 40 years
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned and professional Hotel Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our hotel operations in the beautiful hill station of Muktheshwar. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in hotel management, be fluent in English, and possess excellent leadership and hospitality skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the day-to-day hotel operations across all departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, etc.)
Ensure exceptional guest service and handle complaints or special requests efficiently
Lead, train, and motivate the hotel staff to maintain high service standards
Oversee budget planning, cost control, and ensure profitability
Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination
Uphold hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards as per hospitality norms
Implement operational policies and ensure compliance with government regulations
Create and execute marketing strategies and promotional activities
Regularly monitor guest feedback and take steps for continuous improvement
Requirements:
Graduate (preferably in Hotel Management)
Minimum 10 years of experience in hotel operations and management
Fluent in English – both spoken and writtenStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Presentable, disciplined, and guest-oriented personality
Ability to handle pressure and lead a team independently
