Hotel Manager-Central Queensland
We are currently seeking an experienced Hotel Manager for this busy venue located in the thriving Central Highlands in regional Queensland.
Working for a great company with an excellent support network, we are seeking an experienced hotel manager who can manage all aspects of the venue and lead a team of up to 40 staff.
The venue offers onsite gaming facilities, bars and dining facilities for the locals and visitors to the region and hosts regular theme nights and live entertainment. Being one of the most popular dining outlets in town, a huge focus is on food & beverage.
The town offers great local facilities including schools, medical, golf, local shopping and other entertainment venues and is the perfect place to escape the high cost of city living.
Package:
$120,000 Salary + Super
Accommodation provided - not suitable for pets.
Duties (Full Position Description Available)
Hands on management of all aspects of the hotel
Management of staffing-recruitment-rosters-timesheets-performance management
Stock management
Management of all aspects of gaming and compliance
Venue promotions and organising of theme nights and entertainment
General administration-reports-banking-compliance
General marketing plans
Candidate Requirements:
Ability to lead a team of up to 40 staff
Have previous experience in a similar management position
Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage & gaming operations
Be able to work as part of a team
Able to undertake a Fit2Work clearance
Able to obtain a National Police Clearance
Hold or be willing to obtain RMLV, Approved Managers & Gaming License
Other Details:

Telstra & Optus Mobile Coverage Available
Local schools, shopping and medical facilities
