Minimum and Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in hospitality management, with multi-property oversight preferred.
• Strong financial knowledge and experience with managing budgets, cost controls, and revenue analysis.
• Excellent leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
